Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate and take over an internal AI talent acquisition platform, moving it from v1 to fully automated recruiting
  • •Build automated pipelines for sourcing, resume screening, and candidate evaluation using LLMs and agentic workflows
  • •Design and ship AI-conducted interviews and structured screening (conversational flows, scoring rubrics, evaluation logic)
  • •Integrate deeply with the recruiting stack (ATS, scheduling, communication tools) to run with minimal human touch

Key Requirements
