Lead end-to-end production and materials master planning for a Fort Smith manufacturing facility, owning the integrated planning process that balances demand, capacity, materials, labor, and inventory. Translate the consensus demand plan into a feasible, value-maximizing supply plan for North American S&OP/IBP. Manage production scheduling, inventory health, KPI tracking, scenario planning for SKUs and line changes, and coach planning teams while partnering across plant, supply chain, and commercial groups.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the facility master production plan by aligning demand forecasts, net requirements, and inventory targets with available capacity.
•Develop short-, mid-, and long-range production plans and evaluate capacity constraints, recommending mitigation plans.
•Oversee raw, packaging, and indirect materials planning; maintain inventory targets and minimize obsolescence while monitoring inventory health metrics.
•Lead scenario planning for new SKUs, bottling transitions, equipment upgrades, seasonal demand, and line changes; identify risks and trade-offs and escalate with recommendations.
•Coach and develop the Materials Planners and Production Scheduler, define standard work, and drive continuous improvement in planning tools, processes, and data accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,040 - 101,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
•7+ years of experience in production planning / master planning within a manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring planners or schedulers.
•Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
•Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar) and Excel.
