Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom (Infant, Toddler, and Children’s House ages 3–6) by observing children, preparing and maintaining an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community. Help children gain confidence and discover what they’re capable of achieving in a calm, engaging space.
