Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve and exceed sales goals for assigned Northern California territories, including developing territory and account action plans to close competitive accounts.
  • •Cross-sell Women’s Health products and increase physician utilization by building expert knowledge of Natera Women’s Health products and UX services.
  • •Conduct effective sales calls using structured sales processes such as Janek and anticipate customer needs while prioritizing customer satisfaction and service.
  • •Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Clinical Field Specialists and Account Sales Representatives, including addressing personnel and performance issues.
  • •Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Medical Sales Liaisons, and Medical Directors to close new business while enforcing compliance with Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback rules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of successful sales experience, with Women’s Health preferred.
  • •Background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
  • •Trained on an industry sales process such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Janek (and similar programs).
  • •Demonstrated leadership or sales success by achieving or exceeding sales goals (previous two quarters of 100% or better).
  • •Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and familiar tools including Gmail, Sales Force.com, Concur, and Qliksense.
