Associate Director Development Engineering (Civil)

Lead and mentor AECOM’s Development Infrastructure civil engineering team, delivering civil infrastructure projects across Ireland and the U.K. Own technical quality and commercial performance while partnering with multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and planning to detailed design and construction, including drainage, highways, flood risk, water infrastructure, and SuDS. Also play a key role in winning work, building long-term client relationships, and supporting team growth.
