Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage business and market intelligence to drive strategic communication with C-suite and senior leadership, shaping growth strategy and operating model.
  • •Recommend and influence decisions on key sales performance indicators, tracking sales performance to measure strategy success.
  • •Lead GTM strategy execution by defining best practices, driving behavioural change through sales enablement, and translating plans into action.
  • •Break down informational silos to enable data-driven decision making and increase returns through more effective business decisions.
  • •Increase sales efficiency by optimizing cross-department processes using technology and automation, and guide sales resource allocation and FTE planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership experience coaching and mentoring associates to improve capability and performance.
  • •Cross-functional experience working across departments while managing multiple projects and senior stakeholder demands.
  • •Track record of influencing C-suite decisions through strategic narratives and high-quality pitch decks.
  • •Strong problem-solving experience improving sales productivity via technology and automation while optimizing cross-department processes.
  • •Robust business judgement and strategy experience (strategy consulting, in-house strategy, or M&A desired), with strong understanding of commercial banking products and business model.
