Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision, strategy, and governance for Procurement Process Excellence across the Global Procurement portfolio, driving simplification and operational effectiveness.
  • •Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of process initiatives aligned to enterprise goals and PPDE leadership.
  • •Manage Business Process Reviews to evaluate performance, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities across the portfolio; evolve the Process Excellence operating model.
  • •Oversee the GPCOE intake gateway to evaluate, prioritize, and route process requests, and maintain governance to track business value realization and performance.
  • •Partner to ensure ISO/IATF audit readiness and adherence to Micron’s Global Quality BPM standards; drive process simplification and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Program/Delivery Management in Global Procurement.
  • •Extensive leadership experience within a multinational corporation and ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • •Strong understanding of Source to Pay Business Process, Lean/Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
  • •Proven ability to deliver measurable business value through process redesign and simplification with global, cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Strong expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Visio, Miro) and experience with a COE-driven operating model.
