Job Summary

Support the execution of operational projects and proactively manage issues that impact customer funnel conversion and property portfolio optimization. You’ll handle daily contact with customers and/or real estate advisors to resolve incidents, contribute to continuous improvement of the client journey based on their needs, and analyze customer behavior using tools to increase conversion. Help drive adoption of the company’s App technology across the advisor network.
