Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage guests with personalized service, follow greetings and seating protocols, and assist with menu selection and product inquiries.
  • •Process dining orders accurately, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver timely multi-course meals according to standard operating procedures.
  • •Operate the restaurant through opening/closing routines, standardized serving techniques, and hosting staff to ensure smooth service transitions.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety by completing housekeeping, equipment maintenance, restocking supplies, and complying with HACCP guidelines.
  • •Handle cash and transactions using POS procedures, manage receipts and daily float balancing, and submit accurate daily sales reports while supporting upselling and promotional offers.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service roles.
  • •Strong customer service skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • •Proficient communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team setting.
  • •Secure cash handling and POS operations experience, including shift balancing and financial compliance.
