Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage complex laboratory investigations and deviations to rapid, data-driven closure with robust root cause analysis and sustainable CAPAs.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and/or microbiology methods; troubleshoot, stabilize performance, and mentor colleagues.
•Own complex change controls and corrective actions from definition through implementation to minimize disruption while strengthening compliance.
•Convene and lead cross-functional teams across QC, manufacturing, and technical functions to resolve complex issues and embed best practices.
•Support method lifecycle performance monitoring and laboratory operations, including APQR compilation/review, reference standard program oversight, and inspection readiness.

Travel: Low travel

•Advanced understanding of the laboratory environment and techniques for analysis of biological drug products.
•Ability to follow written SOPs and accurately record work legibly and in real time with strong attention to detail.
•Work independently and take initiative while collaborating with colleagues, peers, and managers.
•Lead cross-functional teams and complex analytical activities, demonstrating advanced organizational and communication skills.
•5–8 years of experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment (or equivalent) with a BA/BSc or equivalent in biological sciences, chemistry, or a biotechnical science.
