Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional IT infrastructure operations and ensure alignment with infrastructure standards and guidelines.
•Operate, maintain, and support core IT systems including networking, Cisco/Meraki components, Windows Server environments, and backup systems.
•Identify, isolate, and resolve issues related to IT services and work as a 2nd-level support tier for complex problems.
•Monitor and optimize global IT systems and core applications, including utilization measurement and capacity planning.
•Author and maintain detailed system-level documentation, support production takeovers for new/changed hard and software, and manage disaster recovery and vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 7+ years of relevant practical experience in IT System Administration.
•Strong knowledge of network solutions (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, MPLS) and Cisco devices.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including administration of Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, 2025) and Active Directory.
•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, culturally diverse environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to troubleshoot and support IT services, including operating complex systems and processes.
