Job Summary

Process trade finance transactions by accurately entering customer documents to produce final trade products. Ensure compliance with bank policy and procedures, handle customer complaints with corrective actions, and manage document flows including ID generation, scanning/rescanning, tracking, lodgement, and dispatch. Support team targets (MBO), escalate errors and service issues to the manager, and participate in process improvement via SOP/OPM/ADM reviews and training recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Process trade finance transaction documents for various business segments, ensuring accurate data entry to produce final products.
•Ensure compliance with bank policy and procedures and take corrective and preventive action based on customer complaints.
•Input documents into the system, generate IDs, and handle trade operations documents end-to-end including tracking, scanning/rescanning, and dispatch.
•Review customer complaints, manage customer expectations, and escalate errors or service defects/issues to the manager.
•Ensure MBO is achieved on time and support process enhancements by updating/using SOP/OPM/ADM and participating in team huddles.

Key Requirements

•Process trade operations transactions with accurate data entry of customer documents.
•At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience in Trade Operations.
•Multiple product knowledge with 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
