Job Summary

Lead municipal infrastructure planning and drainage studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Deliver hydraulic and hydrologic modelling to support data-driven decisions, while managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and risks. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated planning, modelling, and detailed design solutions, provide technical leadership and senior review, and advise clients. Mentor developing professionals and support growth through proposals and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead municipal infrastructure planning, drainage, and servicing studies to support sustainable community growth.
•Deliver hydraulic and hydrologic modelling assignments for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
•Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve client and stakeholder outcomes.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions across planning, modelling, and detailed design.
•Provide technical leadership and senior review, build client relationships, and mentor developing professionals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, infrastructure planning, or water resources engineering.
•Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or eligible and actively working toward designation.
•Advanced proficiency with hydraulic and hydrologic modelling tools such as InfoWorks ICM, PCSWMM, SewerGEMS/CAD, WaterGEMS/CAD, or InfoWater Pro.
•Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent assignments while managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.
