Job Summary

Ensure the safe, timely, and accurate receipt and issuance of parts and miscellaneous items in the warehouse. Verify shipments against bill of lading, confirm quality and quantity, maintain cleanliness of receiving areas, and operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and pull carts. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventorying, assist with order fulfillment, complete necessary shipping/receiving paperwork, and maintain parts and equipment inventory using SAP and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and verify incoming shipments (bill of lading, quality, and quantity) and stock items accordingly.
•Issue products to end users based on work orders/reservations and assist with order fulfillment at the counter.
•Operate forklift and other equipment for moving, picking, packing, stacking, loading, and unloading materials.
•Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and participate in physical inventory counts while completing necessary paperwork.
•Promote warehouse safety and follow PPE and safety practices while working in dusty/cold environments as needed.

Key Requirements

•Follow established receiving/shipping procedures to verify products against bill of lading, quality, and quantity.
•Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area, loading dock, aisles, and other warehouse spaces.
•Operate warehouse machinery including forklift, pull carts, golf carts, and pallet jack.
•Maintain inventory accuracy using cycle counting/physical inventorying and complete related paperwork.
•Proficient PC use with Word, Excel, SAP, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
