Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality preventive and emergency maintenance on Entrust Datacard equipment at customer sites
  • •Diagnose and understand equipment problems and test, diagnose, and resolve issues with a high degree of autonomy
  • •Utilize ERP platform to maintain inventory levels, resolve issues, and provide customer support through service activity reporting and call management
  • •Drive to customer sites to perform service and maintenance
  • •Interact with customer operations staff and strive to continually improve customer relations

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent verifiable training
  • •Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical technician experience
  • •Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills
