•Monitor and document all truck and trailer traffic entering and exiting the facility
•Verify valid IDs/badges, inspect non-clear bags per policy, and enforce footwear requirements
•Serve as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, including call transfers and outbound calls to waiting drivers
•Maintain accurate records of trucks and trailers using Microsoft Excel and document damage using a tablet
•Assist with training new gate attendants and support shift changes and other assigned duties
