Key Responsibilities

  • •Work a queue of delinquent accounts and manage tele-calling for collections (approximately 100–150 calls per day).
  • •Use Finn1 to make contact with customers to collect full overdue payments or negotiate repayment plans.
  • •Follow up on payment promises and update customer contact details in Finn1.
  • •Identify potential skips and fraud cases and escalate irregularities to the team leader.
  • •Propose settlement negotiations for seriously delinquent accounts and route difficult/complex cases to the team leader while meeting performance targets.
