Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply seasoning to products to required standards and maintain continuous flow to packaging lines.
  • •Perform minor machine adjustments, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and accurate record keeping.
  • •Assemble/disassemble seasoning line equipment; handle line clean-ups and product changeovers.
  • •Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning; sanitize scales and seasoning tumblers.
  • •Calibrate load cells and verify level and no-seasoning laser sensors; adjust to meet QA specifications (and perform seasoning checks as required).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is preferred (but not required).
  • •Prefer one year of production experience in a manufacturing environment (not required).
  • •Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with safety regulations.
  • •Ability to perform physical duties including standing continuously, walking frequently, frequent squatting/kneeling, and repetitive fine-motor manipulation.
  • •Ability to complete documentation for seasoning process monitoring and perform equipment checks and calibration tasks.
