Senior Community Branch Manager

Lead producing client relationship management across a full range of banking services, prioritizing sales practices, risk management, and digital engagement. Use CRM and 360 View to document activities, drive referrals across lines of business, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and required training while enforcing branch security. Manage branch employees including hiring, development, and performance.
