Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and inspect engine cases to verify conformance to work specifications using prints, work instructions, layouts, gauges, calipers, and measuring equipment.
  • •Perform visual and dimensional inspections during receiving, in-process, and final inspection steps.
  • •Identify, report, and document any discrepancies found during the inspection process.
  • •Work to engineering specifications, industry standards, repair manuals, and customer requirements.
  • •Carry out dimensional inspection tasks using precision metrology instruments (scribes, verniers, calipers, micrometers, indicators, and related tools).
