Manage end-to-end cost management services for construction projects, focusing on electrical installations. Lead pre- and post-contract estimating, rate analysis, cost planning, tendering and procurement activities, and support change control by managing cost variances. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for client presentation, contribute to value engineering, coordinate with clients and consultants across project stages, and maintain knowledge in Turner & Townsend’s internal database.
