Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and supervise security staff providing security services for guests.
  • •Lead staff training, positioning, breaks, and ensure coverage during events.
  • •Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Oversee productivity and work assignments, communicating challenges and status prior to shift end, and role-model/ enforce safety, health, and security priorities.
  • •Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, and support end-of-show venue closeout and sustainability efforts.
