Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise security staff providing security services for guests.
•Lead staff training, positioning, breaks, and ensure coverage during events.
•Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
•Oversee productivity and work assignments, communicating challenges and status prior to shift end, and role-model/ enforce safety, health, and security priorities.
•Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, and support end-of-show venue closeout and sustainability efforts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.2 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar security role.
•Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
•Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
