Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor by developing close relationships with clients and their families, integrating fiduciary components with each client’s situation and values.
  • •Oversee administration of complex trust accounts to ensure compliance with trust documents, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • •Review and interpret estate planning documents and ensure timely, accurate administration of trust income and principal.
  • •Coordinate Private Bank resources and external advisors to maintain proper fiduciary responsibility, including due diligence for new fiduciary appointments.
  • •Create trust optimization strategies to expand and deepen relationships, support presentations, maintain accurate records, and address at-risk clients to drive retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification preferred).
  • •8–10 years of experience in trust and estate administration, managing complex trust relationships.
  • •Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Demonstrated ability to advise and deliver on complex fiduciary strategies using fiduciary judgement and discretion.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary responsibility.
