Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system and air-conditioning product designs.
  • •Create and optimize simulation models of systems and components, reflecting behavior and performance accurately.
  • •Conduct system performance analysis, identify potential issues, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • •Develop mathematical models to represent unit control logic and promote standardized, modular model design.
  • •Promote automation tools to optimize design workflows for refrigeration system development.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer, or a related field.
  • •CET 6 or equivalent English level, with good written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
  • •Strong foundation in refrigeration principles and extensive experience modeling/simulating refrigeration systems and components.
  • •Experience with modeling and simulation using computer languages such as C++, Modelica, VBA, Python, etc.
  • •Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit to coordinate with other departments.
Education:Master's in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer, or related fields
