Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist leaders with workforce planning and develop consistent job titles and descriptions across business locations.
  • •Provide counsel and direction on employment-related matters, ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, and conduct investigations for formal complaints.
  • •Manage disciplinary and separation processes through HR staff, and interpret/administer company HR policies for employees and management.
  • •Support compensation, including salary planning and actions related to promotions and job re-leveling, and drive performance management practices.
  • •Coordinate learning and development, and work with regional leaders to drive PeopleFirst culture and employee engagement.

Salary: USD 86,790 - 138,820 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience as an HR professional leading an office or region.
  • •Experience leading a team of HR professionals to support the region.
  • •Bachelor’s degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Sound knowledge of employee relations practices and state/federal employment laws and regulations.
  • •SHRM-SCPS or SPHR certification (plus).
