Build and improve onboarding and employee lifecycle processes for a growing team supporting RiseGuide’s people operations across Warsaw and Kyiv (plus remote). Own employee lifecycle management including probation closures and regular performance reviews, and customize HR operations for a distributed team. Partner with internal stakeholders to run HRMS workflows—data entry, administration, configuration, and reporting—while bringing strong problem-solving, stress tolerance, attention to detail, and critical thinking to the role.

•Build an excellent onboarding process for new hires.
•Own employee lifecycle management, including probation closures and regular performance reviews.
•Customize HR Operations processes for a team split between two offices and remote work.
•Manage HRMS processes: data entry, administration, configuration, and reporting.
•Support broader People Operations goals and deliver other HR Operations initiatives as needed.

•Experience working with HRMS: data input, administration, configuration, and generating reports from the system.
•Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle components.
