Deliver HR Shared Services to support end-to-end HR operations, including employee data management, onboarding coordination, offboarding/terminations, and timely responses to employee inquiries. Collaborate across teams and time zones, perform audits/quality checks, and support system enhancements through testing, training, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Process employee inquiries and HR functional tasks in line with SLAs, KPIs, and local regulations.
•Create, maintain, and ensure accurate employee data in the HR system while meeting policy and data integrity standards.
•Support onboarding by coordinating documentation and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
•Assist with offboarding/termination workflows, including final documentation, system updates, and exit interviews as needed.
•Conduct audits/quality checks, document processes, and support HR system enhancements through testing, training, and implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
•3-5 years of HR experience, including HR Shared Services or multi-function HR with a focus on customer service and quality assurance.
•Experience using enterprise CRM/case management and Human Capital Management systems, specifically Salesforce/ServiceNow and Workday.
•Strong customer service orientation.
•Ability to handle confidential, complex, and time-sensitive HR data with discretion.
