Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems).
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites.
  • •Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems.
  • •Use BMS to monitor performance, provide onsite + remote troubleshooting, and review startup/testing/balancing reports.
  • •Conduct site inspections, assist with new facility openings, and coordinate corrective actions with external vendors as needed.
