Department Manager - Agronomics

Lead agronomics operations in a branch as the in-department expert, partnering with customers and branch leadership to drive departmental goals. Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and inventory management. Ensure an incident-free, safety-first culture, organize workplaces and execute policies, and train agronomic staff on product knowledge and customer needs. Help implement new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
