Job Summary

Drive driver acquisition and on-ground operations in Jakarta to build supply for Lalamove. Design and execute offline and online driver acquisition programs, collaborate with Marketing to optimize channels, oversee day-to-day manpower, and partner with onboarding and driver management teams to achieve oversupply and higher transaction value. Communicate effectively at all levels and champion new processes from plan to close.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop and implement offline driver acquisition program and initiatives.
•Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities, using in app driver referral program, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on-ground manpowers.
•Collaborate with Marketing Team to optimize paid and organic channel through developing campaign, event and program for generating supply.
•Explore more channel to increase Lalamove drivers awareness with objective to make people interest in joining Lalamove as a driver partner.
•Collaborate with other subdivision like driver onboarding, offline presence and driver management team to achieve oversupply state and to gain higher transaction value.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years experience from operations background, preferably a startup or logistics company
•Experience in sales activity is a plus
•Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
•Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
