Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end program management for new markets across Stripe’s roadmap, focused on the Americas and EMEA.
•Drive operational readiness across workstreams by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and unblocking dependencies.
•Navigate high-ambiguity, 0→1 execution by determining the right approach rather than relying on existing guidance.
•Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards for a growing portfolio of markets.
•Coordinate across Risk teams and represent the program in senior-level conversations to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Requirements

•8+ years managing complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives in a high-performance environment.
•Operate effectively in ambiguity and build from 0→1 when no playbook exists.
•Strong program management skills across multi-workstream initiatives, including early risk identification and keeping stakeholders aligned.
•Experience providing cross-functional leadership by aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations toward shared goals.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication, including writing clear 1-pagers and presenting credibly to senior audiences.
