Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering assessment on issues stopping production.
  • •Optimize production processes and design efficient systems to ensure quality of assembled products.
  • •Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
  • •Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment, assembly methods, quality standards, and product design/materials/parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • •Understanding of materials and tolerances of components and assemblies.
  • •Proficiency in project management, presentation, and continuous improvement using structured problem solving.
