Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative customer research and validate content design.
  • •Own the POV of features, products, and branding.
  • •Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to frame product features and communicate them to users with storytelling.
  • •Edit and deliver UX writing across product UI and customer touchpoints to support clear, intuitive customer flows.
  • •Act as a tone-of-voice consultant and collaborate with legal/regulatory teams to ensure content compliance and consistent market translations.
