Category Buyer - Indirect Services (Bydgoszcz, PL)

Manage end-to-end procurement across indirect service categories, with a focus on Professional Services, IT Services, Facilities, and HR-related services. Lead sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ), conduct supplier negotiations, and develop category sourcing strategies aligned to business needs. Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, and Finance stakeholders, build supplier relationships, review SLAs/performance, analyze spend and cost drivers, and support contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
