Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop partners’ technical competencies in servicing production printing (PP) devices across Poland.
  • •Run service trainings/workshops and verify partner knowledge during joint service visits.
  • •Recommend and control partners’ spare parts inventories, including key materials replacement decisions.
  • •Build and expand an external service team capable of taking over device service in selected locations.
  • •Verify and monitor the correctness of performed service procedures (e.g., installation quality and time).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience servicing printing devices (production systems Canon are a plus).
  • •Knowledge of installation, configuration, and diagnostics of production printing solutions.
  • •Ability to lead trainings and presentations and share technical knowledge with others.
  • •Ability to collaborate with service partners and build good relationships with customers.
  • •Fluent Polish and basic English.
