Job Summary

Develop technical capabilities of service partners for production printing equipment across Poland. Deliver service trainings and workshops, verify partner knowledge during joint service visits, and support partners with recommendations and control of spare parts and key materials replacements. Help build and scale an external service team, and ensure the quality and correctness of service procedures (e.g., installation quality and time) to improve outcomes for partners and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop partners’ technical competencies in servicing production printing (PP) devices across Poland.
•Run service trainings/workshops and verify partner knowledge during joint service visits.
•Recommend and control partners’ spare parts inventories, including key materials replacement decisions.
•Build and expand an external service team capable of taking over device service in selected locations.
•Verify and monitor the correctness of performed service procedures (e.g., installation quality and time).

Key Requirements

•Experience servicing printing devices (production systems Canon are a plus).
•Knowledge of installation, configuration, and diagnostics of production printing solutions.
•Ability to lead trainings and presentations and share technical knowledge with others.
•Ability to collaborate with service partners and build good relationships with customers.
•Fluent Polish and basic English.
