Sales Manager Reefer (f/m)

Sales-focused role in Poland responsible for developing a Book of Business within the branch, driving volume, revenue and margin growth. You’ll collaborate with operations to tailor SOPs, assist clients with export/import quotations, liaise with internal networks and partners, and maintain a strong CRM-driven pipeline to support field incentive schemes.
