Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on bidding strategy and vendor prequalification, assess proposals/bids and bid-levelling documents, chair bid interviews, and manage the appointment process.
  • •Lead full-project estimating: develop estimates, review junior estimates, present to clients, and deliver value engineering recommendations and risk assessments using benchmark data.
  • •Manage cost reporting and forecasting by establishing schedules, reviewing and presenting reports, maintaining a commercial risk register, and coordinating periodic meetings.
  • •Run cost control: review payment application assessments, recommend contractor entitlements, evaluate change orders and contractual disputes using dispute procedures, and advise on outcomes.
  • •Own invoicing and final accounting, including post-contract audits/close outs and post-contract reviews to produce lesson-learned documentation and handover procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working toward RICS.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium or large construction projects.
  • •Strong communication skills and good knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
