Clinical Learning Specialist (RN)

Support onboarding and clinical education for clinicians by maintaining training materials, coordinating schedules and learner communications, and administering competencies and learning assignments in the LMS. Partner with clinical training, clinical operations, quality, credentialing, compliance, and people teams to keep content current and track completion and readiness. Create learning resources, generate training reports, support audits, and improve training operations while working primarily remote with frequent travel to the Atlanta-based facility.
