Lead and execute store efforts to achieve individual sales goals while modeling a customer-first experience. Inspire associates to generate clientele and improve customer retention through sustained engagement. Oversee sales floor performance, inventory accuracy, and store operational procedures, including receiving/removal tracking and cycle counts. Monitor KPIs such as BOH fulfillment and NPS feedback, support loss prevention, coach associates, and help with onboarding and training.
