Director, Corporate Counsel - Privacy

Lead and mature a global privacy legal practice, supervising a team and serving as an escalation point for privacy and data protection matters. Advise Security, Engineering, Product, and executives on compliance with privacy regulations and privacy-by-design frameworks. Negotiate key customer and vendor privacy terms, support privacy incident investigations, and develop policies, standards, and audit/monitoring approaches. Oversee outside counsel and review privacy-related external communications.
