Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and own FP&A Intelligence end-to-end: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, corporate consolidation, and BU-level finance support on Snowflake Cortex.
  • •Build and maintain AI agents for FP&A workflows, including forecast pack generation, variance commentary, budget consolidation, LRP scenario modeling, and ad-hoc BU CFO requests.
  • •Automate the month-end close and corporate FP&A forecast cycle by replacing manual Excel consolidations, commentary templates, and reporting packs with scheduled, validated, pipeline-driven outputs.
  • •Own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines feeding FP&A analytics (P&L structures, cost center hierarchies, and plan vs. actual), ensuring integrity, traceability, and auditability.
  • •Develop self-serve FP&A intelligence tools for BU finance business partners (dashboards, scenario models, and agent interfaces) and connect FP&A with commercial intelligence inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or data engineering with depth in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a large organization.
  • •Hands-on experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform; Snowflake Cortex and/or LLM API experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Build automated analytics pipelines and use Python, SQL, and Power BI in day-to-day work.
  • •Design or deploy AI agents/coplas or LLM-powered tools in a finance or enterprise context.
  • •Deep familiarity with SAP/S4 FP&A data structures (P&L hierarchies, cost centers, profit centers, and plan versions) and how they feed planning and reporting systems.
