Job Summary

Project Manager role within the Energy & Natural Resources division, supporting client-side delivery of balance of plant systems (HVAC, utilities, water, etc.) as an intelligent client. You’ll manage interfaces across vendors, infrastructure and commissioning, maintain schedules, budgets and risks, administer contracts, and collaborate with engineering, commercial and project controls to ensure governance, safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of balance of plant systems (HVAC, utilities, water, etc.)
•Act as intelligent client across vendors, advisers, and supply chain
•Manage interfaces between plant systems, infrastructure, and commissioning
•Maintain schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for assigned scope
•Administer contracts, including change control and supplier performance

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in relevant discipline
•Working towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar)
•Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
•Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
•Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance
