Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of balance of plant systems (HVAC, utilities, water, etc.)
  • •Act as intelligent client across vendors, advisers, and supply chain
  • •Manage interfaces between plant systems, infrastructure, and commissioning
  • •Maintain schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for assigned scope
  • •Administer contracts, including change control and supplier performance

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in relevant discipline
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar)
  • •Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • •Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
  • •Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance
