Lead the national delivery of water infrastructure projects for WSP, coordinating with PMs, SPMs and team managers to drive delivery excellence, commercial outcomes and strong governance. Embed robust project controls, cost planning and risk management, ensure safety and quality, deliver clear client reporting, and manage changes across multiple live projects with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project management on water infrastructure projects nationally with support from PMs, SPMs and Team Managers.
•Manage medium–large projects and programs in line with WSP delivery standards.
•Embed robust project controls, contract admin and cost planning.
•Track internal costs and deliver clear, accurate client reporting.
•Identify, manage and negotiate project changes with clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management
•10+ years’ experience and proven project delivery on D&C water infrastructure projects
•Background in engineering consulting with design management experience highly desirable
•Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working across distributed teams
•Ability to manage multiple tasks across several live projects
