Serve as the first point of contact for customers in a modern hearing clinic, welcoming them and supporting their hearing journey from pre-clinic checks to aftercare. Conduct hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting, and help manage appointments and customer records. Work alongside Audiologists with structured support, clear processes, and training that builds toward progression into clinical audiology.
