Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes across fabrication stages.
  • •Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate release of product improvements and/or new products, including engineering change requests.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs and determine time standards; recommend tooling and process requirements to improve quality and productivity.
  • •Develop and use test procedures; gather and evaluate operational/test data and take corrective and continuous improvement actions.
  • •Determine root cause and corrective actions for assembly/test issues; provide failure analysis reports and support FMECA for new product development.
