Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop knowledge of how investment research connects to portfolio management, advisory services, and trust, including how a house view becomes a model portfolio and client trade.
  • •Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on research workflows (data ingestion, manager screens, performance attribution, and publication cadence), emphasizing process automation and data quality.
  • •Create research deliverables including manager due-diligence write-ups, sector/thematic notes, capital markets commentary, and performance/attribution reviews.
  • •Engage with research analysts, portfolio strategists, and data teammates to support a positive team experience and participate in learning labs and networking events.
  • •Collaborate on a capstone group project (e.g., an investment thesis or manager recommendation) presented to senior investment leadership.

Salary: USD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a four-year degree or graduate-level degree by May 2029 with coursework in wealth management, finance, accounting, business, and/or economics (preferred).
  • •Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic achievement.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • •Ability to analyze financial data to support a research and data analysis team.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation ability using PowerPoint.
