  • •Reklamationsmanagement inkl. Ursachenanalyse und Maßnahmenverfolgung (z. B. 8D, PPS)
  • •Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen
  • •Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Begleitung externer Audits
  • •Unterstützung bei Umwelt-, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzthemen
  • •Analyse von Vorfällen sowie Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen

Key Requirements

  • •A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification with an HSEQ focus
  • •Experience in quality management, ideally in logistics or automotive
  • •Knowledge of relevant standards (at least ISO 9001; ISO 14001 desirable)
  • •Knowledge of 8D, PPS, FMEA and audit processes
  • •Structured, analytical and autonomous working style; strong communication skills; very good German and English; proficient in MS Office; willingness for shift work (two-shift)
