Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, driving product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology to help partners grow.
•Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for moving key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to support lean, efficient growth across markets.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders across APAC markets to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Key Requirements

•At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast growing startups, or investment banking, a plus, including a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Analytical skills: Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
