Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and ongoing follow-up to close sales.
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and shipment receiving.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including use of walkie-talkies.
  • •Strong English proficiency.
  • •Experience with clienteling and data acquisition, including social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak periods, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays).
