Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor.
