Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure portfolio materials are prepared for client account review meetings by retrieving reports from EDS, PIMS, IMS, and PAS.
  • •Set up client files and documentation for existing or new clients, including payment/pledging, address changes, investment guidelines, and fees.
  • •Order reports and communicate with clients and portfolio managers to ensure follow-up on client requests.
  • •Process client inquiries and transactions, including initiating requests, remitting/selling gifts, and handling physical certificates and DTC transfers.
